Priority Partner Program
The Butler University Career and Professional Success (CaPS) Priority Partner Program helps organizations maximize their recruitment efforts by raising brand awareness and increasing connections with students. While the program adds value to our partners, it is essential for ensuring access to premium career development support and programming for our students. We sincerely appreciate the generous support of our Priority Partners.

Priority Partner Registration Levels
Our priority partner registration levels, along with their benefits, are listed below. Non-profit organizations receive a 50% discount on all priority partner levels.

- The program runs for one calendar year starting with the date employer registration is approved by CaPS.
- To receive the 50% discount, an organization must submit its W-9 to verify its non-profit status. Once verified, the discount will be applied to the account and an adjusted invoice will be issued for payment.
- Payment must be made in full before any program benefits can be utilized.
- We reserve the right to deny or revoke program participation to any organization not adhering to the CaPS Policies for Employer (include link). Any paid program fees will not be refunded.
- All employer-provided content, including but not limited to flyers, swag, emails, social media posts, etc., will be reviewed and approved before distribution. Any content not approved will be returned with feedback for revision and can be resubmitted until approved.
- Complementary parking consists of one hangtag per employer for use in the metered parking spaces on the north side of Dugan Hall. The hang tag will be valid for the current academic year and shall be returned to CaPS upon expiration. Additional employer partner visitors without the hangtag may park in the Sunset Avenue Garage and receive a parking voucher from the CaPS office.
- Booking of CaPS facilities will occur on a first-come, first-served basis for priority partners. Some dates may not be available due to CaPS staff needs.
